Weekly crime log: arrest from drug violation, stealing from an Uber

Feb. 1 

  • Two incidents of minors in possession of alcohol were reported at 8:30 p.m. in Rauch Hall. Both cases were closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

Feb. 10

  • One drug violation was reported at 1:45 a.m. on Oak Street. There was one arrest by the St. Charles Police Department. Director of Public Safety and Security John Bowman Jr. said the drug was marijuana.
  • Two drug violations were reported at 6:44 p.m. on Cullom Drive. Both cases were closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.
  • One incident of stealing was reported at 6:44 p.m. at the same location on Cullom Drive. Bowman said that someone stole from an Uber and drugs were found at the house on Cullom Drive. One arrest was made by the St. Charles Police Department. The case was closed.

Feb. 11

  • One incident of dating violence was reported at 2:38 a.m. on Anneric Street. The case was closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.
  • One suspicious incident was reported at 9:20 p.m. on Anneric Street. The was closed and forwarded to the St. Charles Police Department for investigation.
