“We go manhandled today. I think the better team won. We’ve got a long way to go,” head coach Brad Soderberg told KCLC. “I’m concerned about the way we sturggled offensively our last two games.”

Lindenwood didn’t score a field goal during the last six minutes of the first half, and then opened the second half shooting 2-for-12, and Missouri Southern out scored LU 20-6 to begin the half.

Nineteen Lindenwood turnovers tied a season high.

The loss is the LU’s second in a row. They are now 8-10, and 3-5 in the MIAA.

The Lindenwood men will host Southwest Baptist at 7:30 p.m. on January 22 at the Hyland Arena.
