• Shotgun sports – Lindenwood’s shotgun sports team won its 15th consecutive national title at the 2018 ACUI collegiate clay Target National Championship.

• Cycling – Lindenwood’s cycling team earned the highest points possible at the Midwest Collegiate Cycling Conference on April 7-8 in Whitewater, Wisconsin.

• Men’s Rugby – Ranked no. 5 in the nation, the Lindenwood men’s rugby team beat Texas A&M 83-12 in Austin, Texas on Saturday, April 14.

• Roller Hockey – The men’s roller hockey team advanced to the National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association’s semifinals at the Southwest Youth Ice Arena in Fango, North Dakota, after defeating the University of Missouri (5-2) and University of California – Santa Barbara (5-1).

• Gymnastics – The gymnastics team went on to finish second, just behind the host Texas Woman’s in the 2018 USA Gymnastics Women’s Collegiate National Championship in Denton, Texas, on Saturday, April 14.

• Women’s Lacrosse – The no. 1 Lindenwood women’s lacrosse team finished with its 15th consecutive win after defeating no. 11 Regis University Sunday afternoon in Denver, Colorado.

• Softball Lindenwood’s softball team split a doubleheader against McKendree University on Tuesday, April 11.

• Baseball – The Lindenwood men’s baseball team beat McKendree 14-4 on Wednesday, April 12, but fell to Missouri Western on Friday.

• Women’s basketball – Head coach Tony Francis resigned on Friday after leading the Lions to their most successful NCAA season.
