Owner of Sugarbot, a local bakery has invested in Little O’s soda shop on Main Street St. Charles because she needed more kitchen space.
Jackie Huebbe, the owner of both the businesses now, said she plans to do some blending of the businesses, including signature Sugarbot brownies and batter in milkshakes at Little O’s.
Huebbe has a vision to use no artificial flavors in the new menu and to restore Little O’s Soda Shop to its 1940’s era. She said the shop will look completely different come Spring 2019.
