The Lindenwood men’s soccer team dropped its second non-conference game in a row in an away game on Tuesday, losing 4-0 to Rockhurst University.
Rockhurst player Umoh Ufot scored just 71 seconds into the game, according to lindenwoodlions.com. Rockhurst scored two more times in the first half.
The second half wasn’t much better for the Lions as Ufot scored his second of the game, and the Lions were unable to answer.
The Lions had just one shot during the game, according to lindenwoodlions.com, whereas Rockhurst had 22 shots, with 10 on goal.
The Lions will make their home debut Sunday, when they face Christian Brothers University at 2 p.m. at Harlan C. Hunter Stadium. Lindenwood is 1-2-0 on the season.
