Here is a recap of Wednesday’s weekly meeting of the Lindenwood Student Government General Assembly, held in Dunseth Auditorium.

• Dr. Diane Moore, Vice President of Operations and Facilities, fielded questions from student representatives about dining facilities. In response to the petition to reopen Grab ‘n’ Go, she said that there may be “a future on the heritage side of campus for another food service menu,” though it would probably not be in Butler Hall. Moore also said the administration is considering creating a computer lab in old campus, which could “temporarily be in Butler Hall where Grab ‘n’ Go used to be,” or maybe in Jekyll Theater in Roemer Hall. 
• Moore also said the administration is looking into creating and updating crosswalks, yield signs and other ways to improve pedestrian safety on campus. 
• Moore said Greek housing options are being considered.
• Persistence and Retention Coordinator Shannon Vines mentioned a meeting for students interested in studying abroad.  The meeting is 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday in LARC 343.
• Know Your Worth: Salary Negotiation Strategies, an event part of the Leadership Series, will be held at 4 p.m. Oct. 31 in Harmon 131.

The following clubs received funds:

• College Republicans requested $260.25 to ship military care packages they collected to veterans in Qatar.
• Nerf Alliance requested $94.93 for its Dark Carnival Nerf arena.
• Psychology Interest Club requested $49.37 for its Dark Carnival booth.
