Students and alumni will get an opportunity to showcase their art tonight at 6:30-9:30 p.m. in the Foundry Art Centre on North Main Center in St. Charles.
The Grand Art Bazaar occurs twice a year.
James Hutson, art history program manager called the event a “great opportunity for students across campus” to earn money for their work and get public visibility. The Grand Art Bazaar is open to the public and students and alumni could submit up to 20 pieces under 48 inches or 50 pounds.
The artwork is priced between $25 and $250 and artists will earn a 35 percent commission on all sales. Refreshments will be served at the event.
