Lindenwood is bringing changes to the setup of the Spring 2018 commencement ceremonies.
As in the past, the graduate school commencement will be held the day prior to undergraduate commencement. Doctorate, Specialist and Master’s students commencement will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 4.
However, undergraduate commencement has been split into two ceremonies.
This semester, commencement for those graduating from the School of Arts, Media, and Communications; the School of Education; the School of Health Sciences; the School of Humanities; and the School of Sciences will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5.
Commencement for students’ graduation from the School of Accelerated Degree Programs and Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 5.
The split into two undergraduate commencement ceremonies should shorten the length of each. Each ceremony will involve around 400 students instead of one ceremony featuring over 800 graduates.
