The new year brings several movies and television shows to the screens of Netflix subscribers.
Everyone can start the next show or movie in their queue before school starts again.
January brings exciting titles like “Across the Universe,” a 2007 film of romance, peace, and war that features music from The Beatles and the Vietnam War era. This movie was released on Netflix on Jan. 1. Another noteworthy title coming this month is “The Incredibles 2,” the Pixar animation film about a superhero family, which will be available on Jan. 30.
A few well-known titles are leaving Netflix just as they do each month. “Kung Fu Panda,” all of the “Sharknado” movies, “Into the Wild,” and “The Shining” are all leaving this month. However, though it only was taken down in September, “The Dark Knight” came back to Netflix on Jan 1.
