The winter blues is too real, but don’t let that get you down!
Lindenlink has curated another five reasons for you to step out of your dorm to cure your winter blues and have some fun! Despite the dreary weather, there is a ton to do both on and off campus. Kick off your weekend at the winter market or eat brunch and play board games! Later in the week, Student Involvement has some fun plans to ring in the Lunar New Year. Also, the Lions will be on the prowl again this week with more athletic events.

This week the lions are stepping out of the den for another week jam-packed with sports. Hyland Arena will be booming with Men’s Volleyball, as well as Men’s and Women’s Basketball! You can also bundle up and head on over to the Centene Community Ice Center to rally on the DII Hockey team! Show your roar and support our Lions!

3. Switch up your average Sunday brunch with balloon art and board games!

4. Did you know January is Stalking Prevention Awareness Month?

The latest Netflix original series “YOU” has quickly become a fan favorite. The show revolves around the premise of a bookstore manager in New York who meets an aspiring writer that he becomes immediately infatuated with. To feed his obsession, he soon turns to social media and technology to track her presence and eliminate any possible obstacles that stand in the way of their romance. The purpose of the discussion is to talk about the abuses of virtual and real life stalking as it is a real problem in our digital age.
