Lindenwood’s softball team continued their Fall exhibition schedule Saturday (Oct. 12) morning, playing host to Jefferson College, a local D-II team from Hillsboro, Missouri.
Like most other games in the team’s exhibition schedule, neither score nor individual statistics were kept during play. However, the Fall schedule has allowed the team’s new players, between freshman and transfer players, to get acquainted with their new team, and their new teammates.
The Lions have now played through seven of their eight scheduled games this Fall, with one more remaining. That game is slated to take place on Oct. 17, with the St. Charles Community College coming to Lindenwood to play. Then, the team will take the winter off of games, and return for their regularly scheduled 2025 season of competitive games, beginning in February.
