LU’s Active Minds chapter is holding their Star Party, an activity in astronomical study and mental health awareness, Thursday night at 8 p.m. on the Evans Commons Lawn.
The event was previously scheduled for Tuesday this week, in accordance of that night’s full moon, but was cancelled due to rain. As originally planned, the party will include gazing at the night sky through a telescope, free refreshments and education on mental health.
