If you’re looking for something to do this week outside of class, here are five ideas for things to do on campus or in the St. Charles area.
1. Celebrate national taco day at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.

2. Buy new wall art for your dorm room at Lindenwood’s annual poster sale.

3. Get in the spooky spirit at “Witches & Warlocks Night Out”.

The Frenchtown Heritage Museum & Research Center is hosting the second annual “Witches & Warlocks Night Out” in Historic Frenchtown. For $10, participants will get food, bottled water, discounts from local shops and more. Costumes are encouraged but not required. There will also be prizes for “Best Broom,” “Best Hat,” “Best Overall Witch,” “Best Overall Warlock” and “Best Witch/Warlock Couple.” Find more information on the event here.
4. Get active during one of the many group exercises at the Evans Commons Rec Center.

Free exercise classes are held Monday through Friday at the Evans Commons Rec Center. Participate in yoga, spinning, x-fit, zumba and boot camp classes throughout the week. For the full schedule, click here.
5. Cheer on three Lindenwood teams during their home games this weekend.
Oct. 6-8
The Lindenwood men’s soccer, women’s volleyball and women’s soccer teams will be competing on home turf this weekend. On Friday, women’s soccer will take on Northeastern State at Hunter Stadium while women’s volleyball takes on Missouri Southern at the Hyland Arena. Both games have a 7 p.m. start time. On Saturday, women’s volleyball hosts Southwest Baptist at 2 p.m. in the Hyland Arena. Finally, on Sunday the men’s soccer team will host Fort Hays State at 11 a.m. at Hunter Stadium. Women’s soccer will play Central Oklahoma at 2 p.m. following the men’s game.
