The Direct Assistance and Solutions Hub (DASH) is available to help make the registration process easier for students.
Students are preparing for new classes and experiences as the fall semester approaches. There are several obstacles that students may encounter in registering for classes, including technological difficulties, unexpected holds, and confusion regarding portals.
Every student’s fall registration is crucial, and DASH recognizes the need to offer prompt assistance and answers. DASH is the go-to resource if a student is having trouble with technology, is experiencing unexpected holds, or just doesn’t know where to begin. DASH, located in room 015 on the lower floor of the Spellmann Center, will be open Friday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
DASH is notable for its dedication to answering any queries or concerns from students. It ensures that every question is answered with walk-in support and guidance. It isn’t limited to a single location; thanks to its pop-up, mobile capability, it may be installed anywhere on campus, providing all students with quick access.
Through close collaboration with multiple departments, DASH offers quick, necessary help that is customizable to the student’s individual needs. It is prepared to help students at any stage, whether a student having trouble choosing a course, has questions about financial aid, or needs academic advice.
DASH’s inclusive approach is among its most hospitable features. At any point during the registration process, students are welcome to find it, regardless of where they are in the registration process or don’t know where to begin. To guarantee a smooth registration process, student questions will be taken seriously, and answers will be given.
