Weekly crime log: alleged sexual assault reported on campus

Feb. 14

  • A minor in possession of drugs and alcohol was reported at 12:25 p.m. in Rauch Hall. The case was closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

Feb. 16

  • Two incidents of minors in possession of alcohol were reported at 12:23 p.m. on Lindenwood Lane. Both cases were closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

Feb. 17

  • Two drug violations were reported at 12:55 a.m. on Droste Road. Both cases were closed and forwarded to the Office of Student Development for Review.

Feb. 18

  • An alleged sexual assault was reported at 5:32 a.m. on a campus residence. A timely warning was sent out on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 7:53 a.m. The case was closed and forwarded to the St. Charles Police Department for investigation. In a Lindenlink, article, the sexual assault was reported on the 300 block of Droste Road, according to Lt. Tom Wilkison of the St. Charles Police Department. According to the article, that block of Droste Road is men’s housing. The suspect, who is known to the victim, is described as a 24-year-old black male.
