There will be activities to encourage positive mental and physical health.
These activities include the following:
- Lindenwood University vs. Maryville University women’s lacrosse game at 4 p.m. (free entry to game)
- Interactive mental health workshops
- Art and Yoga stations
- Make Your Own Journal and T-Shirt Tie-Dying sessions
- COVID vaccinations for any eligible individuals – register for appointments at https://sccmo.as.me/LUStressLess
- Healthy foods and snacks
There will be 500 free event t-shirts given out, and the first 50 kids of 14 years old and younger to get vaccinated will receive an activity bag with prizes/goodies. 50 adults will receive a giveaway if they receive a COVID vaccination.
“This event will create a positive and supportive environment for all of us in our community,” Estlund said.
