On Friday, Feb. 7, Lindenwood University’s Board of Directors approved a 2.9 percent increase in the undergraduate tuition rate for the 2014-2015 academic year. The total expense for residential undergraduates will rise by 2.3 percent. Costs covered by this increase include tuition, fees, room, and board.

Students will have to pay  $430 more per year, making the cost of attending Lindenwood $15,230.

In the press release, President Evans states that the reason the increase is needed is to cover rising utility and staffing needs, most specifically, he mentions, in the area of “student support services.”
