SEPT. 30

  • Drug violations involving two students were reported at 3:50 p.m. on Droste Road. The investigation is now closed, and the case has been forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

OCT. 2

  • An incident of minor in possession of alcohol was reported at 3:05 p.m. in Linden Lodge, which is a men’s dormitory off campus. The investigation is now closed, and the case has been forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

  • A disturbance/assault incident was reported at 3:52 p.m. in the Harmon Hall parking lot. A man knocked a woman’s purse out of her hands. The subjects were not Lindenwood students, and they left the area. A subject was located off campus, but the person refused to cooperate. No further action followed, and the investigation is now closed. 
  • Drug violations involving two people were reported at 8:27 p.m. in McCluer Hall. One of the subjects was not a Lindenwood student, and the St. Charles Police Department issued summons for the subject. The other subject was a student, and the case was forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review. The investigation is closed. 

OCT. 5

  • An incident of stealing was reported on Karen Street. A bag that contained softball equipment was stolen after a women had left it on the bed of her pickup truck on Oct. 2. The exact timing of the incident is unknown, and no suspects or witnesses have been located. The investigation is closed. 
  • Three incidents of minors in possession of alcohol were reported after 7 p.m. in Flowers Hall. The investigation is closed, and the case was forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.
  • A drug violation was reported at 7:40 p.m. in Flowers Hall. The investigation is closed, and the case was forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

OCT. 6

  • Incidents of property damage/trespassing were reported at vacant Cunningham apartments. A maintenance staff member saw a broken window and reported it to security. The exact timing of the incident is unknown but is claimed to have occurred somewhere in between Sept. 1 – Oct. 6.
  • An incident of stealing was reported in Irwin Hall. Sixty dollars was missing from a person’s room. The exact timing of the incident is unknown, but the timeframe is thought to be Sept. 1 – Oct. 6. No suspects of witnesses were located. The investigation is closed. 
  • An incident of dating violence was reported at 6:30 p.m. in women’s dormitory Calvert Rogers Hall. The investigation is open. The Public Safety and Security is trying to get in touch with both parties who left the scene before their arrival. 

OCT. 7

  • A drug violation incident involving four people was reported at 12:35 a.m. on Droste Road. The investigation is closed, and the cases of three subjects were forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review. St. Charles Police arrested one of the subjects.
  • An incident of minors in possession of alcohol involving two people was reported at 5:06 a.m. in women’s dormitory Blanton Hall. The investigation is closed, and the case was forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review.

OCT. 8

  • An incident of property damage was reported at 3:55 a.m. in Calvert Rogers Hall. The damage was over a bent window screen. The St. Charles Police Department was involved, but the investigation is now closed. 
  • An incident of minors in possession of alcohol involving three people was reported at 3:55 a.m. on Droste Road in Lindenwood’s housing.  The investigation is now closed, and the case was forwarded to the Office of Student Development for review. 
  • A burglary/trespass of Cunningham apartments was reported at 8:30 p.m. A man who is not a student was arrested by the St. Charles police for trespassing in the vacant house. The investigation is now closed. 
  • An incident of harassment was reported at 9:50 p.m. in Reynolds Hall. Public Safety and Security is investigating.
