St. Charles family loses pets to house fire
The cause of the fire is still unknown and the Johnson family has been left without a home.

A St. Charles family lost nearly everything when their house caught fire early morning on Oct. 3, including their two dogs.
Amanda and Chris Johnson, along with their two children, escaped with no injuries. Their two cats made it out alive as well after one ran away and the other took cover in the refrigerator.
The family asks that if anyone finds an orange cat with a burnt face and whiskers to please keep him.
