Library offers virtual help for student final projects

Even though campus is closed, the library is offering “Virtual Research Help” for students during finals week.  

Students can schedule sessions to get help with research projects, papers, and finding popular reading materials through the Library and Academic Resource Center.  

We have a whole list of materials, which includes videos, textbooks, eBooks, and tutorials, that are now available due to the current pandemic situation, Nancy Messina, director of reference services, said.  

Students can get help by either chatting with or emailing representativesStudents can also schedule appointments in advance. 

Messina said there is now a new library zoom for students to use without an appointment between noon and 2 p.m. weekdays. 

Services are available: 

  • Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. 
  • Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
  • Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. 
  • Sunday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
