Virtual cooking class to take place of Late Night Breakfast

Even though campus is closed, Lindenwood’s Campus Activities Board rallies to continue the finals week tradition “Late Night Breakfast” in a new virtual way.

CAB is hosting a virtual event called “CAB’s Cooking Class,” in which students can learn how to cook breakfast, May 4 at 6 p.m.

Ethan Miller, program coordinator for Student Involvement, will be the chef for this event.

Miller will be teaching students how to make french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and maybe an additional surprise. All the recipes are beginner friendly and simple, he said.

“CAB chose to do this even since we cannot be together to do Late Night Breakfast. It is a way to still do a late breakfast while maintaining social distance,” Miller said.

Students can participate by checking Student Involvement’s social media pages for the link to join the live-stream.
