On Friday, Sept. 24, Lindenwood women’s lacrosse had their national championship ring ceremony at the Foundry Art Centre in St. Charles.

The Lions won the national championship by a final score of 14-12 over Queens University (North Carolina) on May 23 in Salem, Virginia.

The win marked the first time a Lindenwood team in any sport had won a national title at the Division II level.
