Lindenwood’s Campus Activities Board is hosting its Better Yourself Day on April 12 to allow students to enjoy free food, giveaways, and music.

The event will be held from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Evans Lawn.

“Better Yourself Day is kind of a self-care event where we give out free journals, we have music, it’s just a time for people to relax with the upcoming finals season,” the Senator for the CAB Montana Lane said.

Lane said that CAB tries to host the event at least once a semester as the event saw a good turnout when it was hosted in the fall.

Olivia Ford, the Program Coordinator for CAB, said that students can help themselves to journals, paint canvas bags, and other self-care giveaways. The event will also include the food trucks Truck Norris and Lilly’s Cafe.
