Storybook ending wraps up Lindenwood gymnastics’ memorable season

After a season filled with adversity, the Lindenwood gymnastics team qualified in second place for the 2016 USA Gymnastics Women’s Collegiate National Championships at the Hyland Arena.

Stepping on to the floor in front of a home crowd, the Lions looked to defend their national championship and continue the program’s success at the national level.

Their memorable run in the championships was marked by season-high scores, record-breaking results and a farewell to the program’s first senior class.
