The women’s ice hockey team (2-7-1) will be looking to build off their 7-0 exhibition victory over Lindenwood-Belleville last weekend when they take on Minnesota (11-4-1) in a doubleheader over the weekend. The Lions will be fresh as they have had nearly two weeks to prepare. The Lions have been relying heavily on sophomore Taylor Girard on offense. Girard has scored six points and six assists already this season.
