It is Jan. 26, and that means the UFL schedule has been released. As I have stated in previous articles, the UFL has played its cards very close to the chest when it comes to any news or big announcements (barring Mike Repole “leaking” their uniforms). Well, today they decided to release the full UFL schedule, which was met with both skepticism and excitement. The fan bases are happy that they finally know when and where the games are going to be, and they seem to be really close together or are missing key opponents.
One complaint even comes from Battlehawks player Travis Feeney on his X account. He says “Tuesday game this wth!! Football players have no rest. I would love to hear the reasoning and idea behind this.” Now the replies did point out there was a “Supercross” event at the dome one weekend, which would explain the two-day cleanup pushing a Sunday game to Tuesday. However, there was another user, “Amirah,” who pointed out that the Tuesday game kicks off a three-game stretch over 11 days, and pointed out that it is crazy they had no time to rest. Travis Feeney would then respond to them with one word, simply stating “None.”
Now this is problematic, not only because the schedule is so condensed, but because these players are all hoping for NFL spots, and if they get hurt during the UFL season, this can eliminate any possibility of these players getting an NFL workout invite before the start of NFL training camp. All this being said, it is a growth season, and the fans and players alike are showing their displeasure, so it might be subject to change for next season.
For now, let’s get into the games scheduled for the season for your St. Louis Battlehawks. We are going to go week by week and see who is coming to the Lou, or whose house we have to take over for a week.

- Week 4 – Away – D.C. Defenders – April 18, 11:30 A.M.
- Week 5 – Away – Orlando Storm – April 25, 6:00 P.M.
- Week 6 – Away – Louisville Kings – April 30, 7:00 P.M.
- Week 7 – Home – Columbus Aviators – May 8, 7:00 P.M.
- Week 8 – Home – Houston Gamblers – May 16, 2:00 P.M.
- Week 9 – Away – Houston Gambler – May 24, 6:00 P.M.
- Week 10 – Home – Dallas Renegades – May 29, 7:00 P.M.
And there it is! The 2026 official schedule for the St. Louis Battlehawks! Now I am personally happy that we play all seven other teams, and it is awesome that we play at two of the three new markets. I know some teams are not as fortunate with their schedule, having to play the same teams twice and not playing everyone, but that is where the changes can be made for next season. Also, you can see between weeks two through four, which is where the eleven-day play period is. It does not help that two of the three are also away games, sotheret is little rest both with the play and travel. All this to be said, there are improvements to be made, but we can look forward to seeing pro football back in St. Louis at the end of March!
