For college students with little to no income, it can be tough to make Valentine’s Day a special occasion for that “special somone.” In light of that reality, Campus Activity Board gave students the opportunity to make a stuffed animal for their significant others or anyone else they wanted to share the love with.

The event took place yesterday in Evans Commons from 12 p.m. to about 3 p.m. There were a variety of animal options including: bunnies, dogs, bears and more. Students could give the animal a shirt, or not, and pair it with a chocolate rose, or a few, all for the price of $2.
