Valentine’s Day has seen quite the increase in women celebrating love beyond romance, but what about the guys? For those who just don’t want to spend the day alone,  here are some budget-friendly, low-key ideas to do with your guy friends this Valentine’s
Day season.

Before we get into dining options, say you and your buddies are more sports fans. What better way to spend the night than watching Lindenwood Men’s Ice Hockey conclude their conference season in a series against the University of Alaska Anchorage at Centene Ice Center, with puck drop at 6:10 p.m.?

For the guys who want to be romantic with their homies, consider a budget-friendly candlelit dinner at Americas finest diner- Waffle House. The night’s food will be served on white tablecloths and is reservation-only.

On the same theme of romance, consider White Castle’s ‘Love Castle’ tradition,  similar to Waffle House, the restaurant will be decorated, with tableside service and romantic menus.

For the guys who don’t feel like going into a restaurant, check out Chick-fil-A’s heart-shaped tins carrying their tried-and-true menu items. And for the guys who don’t want to leave their homes at all, call up your buddies, watch a movie, and order a heart-shaped pizza for you and your bros from Pizza Hut, Papa John’s,  Marco’s Pizza, or Domino’s.
