Stuck in a rut after eating too much turkey? Maybe your break was a little more relaxed than you wanted it to be? Don’t worry, because we have five things for you to fill your week with a little excitement. Check out what’s going on around Lindenwood’s campus, the St. Charles community, and the St. Louis area.

1.) O’Fallon’s Celebration of Lights 

Tuesday, Nov. 27
6 p.m.- 9 p.m.
Fort Zumwalt Park 

Ignite your holiday spirit (if you haven’t already), and hop in a car with some friends to go view the beautiful light displays at Fort Zumwalt Park. Pack some snacks and hot cocoa to enjoy during the drive through. One car is $10.

2.) Lindenwood Spikeball Tournament 

Wednesday, Nov. 28
7 p.m.- 10 p.m.
Evans Commons

Although sign-ups are over, you can still go watch and cheer on your fellow classmates and friends as they compete in the Lindenwood Spikeball tourament. The tournament will take place in Evans Commons.

3.) CAB: Fantastic Beasts 2 

Thursday, Nov. 29
7 p.m.- 9:45 p.m.
Marcus St. Charles Cine

Campus Activities Board is hosting a movie night featuring Fantastic Beats 2, at the St. Charles Cine. Bring your friends and student ID to get your ticket, popcorn, and a cold drink.

4.) A Christmas Carol 

Friday, Nov. 30
7:30 p.m.
The Lindenwood Theater 

Not quite feeling the holiday cheer? Go and support Lindenwood’s Theater Program as they perform A Christmas Carol. Admission if $10-$18.

5.) A Happy Little Holiday Market 

Saturday, Dec. 1
10 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Webster University Grant Gymnasium 

Get a jump start on your Christmas gift list at this unique little market. Enjoy lunch from one of the food trucks, while you shop for your loved ones (or for yourself). The first 100 customers will go home with a free goody bag was well.
